Brief introduction
HDPE/PVC double-wall corrugated pipe production line is configured with high-efficiency single screw extruder with special screw and grooved feed barrel can ensure good extrusion in high efficiency.Advanced online belling system lowers the investment and increase the efficiency. In addition, the forming system is provided with self-protection device for sudden power cut.
The extrusion die surface is nitrided and polished. A wall thickness-regulating device is equipped in die lip to be suitable for production of different raw materials and ring resistance material. Special structure die make the thickness of the inner and outer wall even, and stable molding. In addition, it has unique water cooling structure inside and close air flowing structure.
The line adopts OMRON or MITSUBISHI PLC computer control system with touch screen interface, which guarantee automatic and reliable operation.
